Fifteen years ago, Ashley discovered her passion - working with individuals on their health and wellness. At first, she intended to be an Exercise Physiologist and Strength Coach, graduating from Salisbury University fully motivated to become just that. One thing led to another, some time went by, and Ashley was a Certified Cryotherapy Consultant without ever planning to become one...
Ashley has successfully been a CryoSpecialist now for quite some time, having conducted over twenty thousand cryotherapy sessions including whole body and localized, and variations of “cryo-contouring” like Cryoskin. She has witnessed countless individuals find relief and notice profound change when they never thought possible, and it has given her so much love for this work.
A visit home one weekend prompted Ashley to get her father to start cryotherapy treatments with her in the DMV. It only took a few sessions for the cold to begin working its magic! For the first time in many years, her father felt relief from his psoriasis and often said, "I've got the energy of Tom Brady.” That was all the motivation Ashley needed. Her entrepreneurial spirit, passion for health and wellness, and love for her family and community led her to bring something new and cool to Delmarva; Whole Body Cryotherapy!
